The hotel was renovated, but they did not consider putting a towel rack close to the shower. The air conditioner in our room was very loud. The employees were all nice and friendly.
I had a great visit to the Holiday Inn in Crockett. The front desk staff was incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure I had a good stay. I needed to check in early for an online meeting and my early check-in accommodation was Matt with full corporation from the staff to get me in my room so that I could make my meeting on time. The hotel manager offered multiple recommendations on local places to eat and things to do while I was in Crockett on business. I appreciated their willingness to help and acclimate me to the area. I will stay here again.
This place is close to home, so we don't stay here often. Our AC broke, we stayed here while waiting on it to be fixed. The rooms are nice, they are not very big but comfortable. Shopping is not far from the hotel. Free breakfast is always nice. I had no problems with being changed for the towels as I have seen on others review and did request extra while there. The place is being remodeled as of May 2024
We stayed one night here for a funeral. we had no complaints. The hotel was clean, the pillows soft, not over crowded, and breakfast was good. No issues anywhere and my extended family rented a total of 6 rooms. Our rooms a/c didn't go below 66 (understandable) and at home we sleep with ours at 60, with the down comforters we were very warm but that's a personal preference issue and not so much a fault of the hotel. They give you two different kinds of pillows and supposedly have a selection if you ask front desk.

We had an excellent room with a king size bed and plenty of space. The hotel and the room are very modern and the bed was very comfortable. I subtracted one star because the hot breakfast was not good. The coffee was good. Plenty of parking in front of behind the hotel. Easy access on and off the loop.
Clean and convenient. The staff was SO accommodating and hospitable - special shoutout to Kristina at the front desk who was the best and so helpful and lovely. Would definitely stay here again!
